Imperial Stout barrel aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel for over 3 years. After three years of patiently maturing, we brought it back into stainless and conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of white chocolate chips and toasted hazelnuts. The result is a decadent barrel-aged stout layered with notes of Kinder Bueno, vanilla, toasted hazelnut, marshmallow in collaboration with our family at Beer Zombies.
