Imperial Stout barrel aged in Smoke Wagon Bourbon barrel for over 4 years. Then pulled into stainless to condition on real milk chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla bean, we recreated the unmistakable flavors of classic Neapolitan ice cream while letting the bourbon barrel character remain the star of the show.
